Round-table on Proposed Changes to Public Charge at San Jose Office

Have you heard that the Department of State has published an expanded Public Charge rule that will affect thousands of families and intending immigrants?

A Public Charge determination means that the US government has identified that the individual is inadmissible to the United States, because they are identified as being someone who will likely depend on the government as their main source of support.

Come learn how this Proposed Rule affects our community, even Green Card holders.

We will also be holding a Q&A session, and conclude with an opportunity for you to speak out and make a public comment against this Proposed Rule.
