About the panelists: 

Reza Raji is the Chief Executive Officer at Xenio Systems (www.xeniosystems.com), an award-winning Silicon Valley startup that’s merging the online and physical worlds via a unique, precision indoor positioning platform. He’s the founder and former CEO/Chairman of iControl Networks, the first successful mass-market IoT platform for interactive home security and automation offerings from ADT (Pulse), Comcast (Xfinity Home), Time Warner (Intelligent Home), Rogers, Cox and many others, which raised $130M and was acquired by Comcast in 2017. Reza holds 34+ US and international patents. He received a BSEE from Stony Brook and a MSEE from Cornell University.

Jaleh Rezaei is the Co-founder and CEO of Mutiny, a YC-backed company focused on helping SaaS companies personalize their website for each visitor. Prior to Mutiny, Jaleh was employee 12 and head of marketing and business development at Gusto, and grew the company from 500 to 50,000 customers over 4 years. She was the Director of Product Marketing at VMware prior to Gusto. She holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from UC Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Stanford. 

Sy Fahimi is the Co-Founder and CEO of DocSpera; the premier digital Healthcare Surgical coordination platform. Sy is an experienced Silicon Valley Executive who has 25 years of international software, healthcare, digital media, and e-commerce experience. He is as an Operating Partner at Symphony Technology Private Equity Group, providing operational, data insights, and strategic innovation direction to several portfolio companies. Prior to 2012, Sy held various executive positions including head of Yahoo’s $2B+ Advertising Products globally. He was also VP of Yahoo Small Business and Emerging Market Products for the company. He received his Engineering Degree from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Anderson School of Business at UCLA. He has been a YPO NorCal Member since 2006.

A Presentation and Q&A on Personal Injury Law in California, with emphasis on the legal rights of injured victims in car accidents.

Mark K. Ameli, Esq. has over 35 years of legal experience, including 20 years of experience as a mediator and arbitrator. He has served on the Los Angeles Superior Court alternative dispute resolution panel since 1994 and has handled private mediations and arbitrations with an emphasis on cross-cultural disputes since 2005. Over the past three decades, he has been involved in the resolution of thousands of cases.

Chantelle Ameli, Esq. is a member of the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California. She has decades of experience in the legal field. She grew up working with her father, Mark K. Ameli, at this firm and is now at the firm as an attorney specializing in sports, music, entertainment, business, sales, and personal injury matters. Chantelle graduated with a BA from UCLA and graduated with a JD as a legacy graduate from UWLA.
