At Pars, we are constantly looking to assist our newest community members with relevant and practical educational resources that will ease the difficult transitioning process. Through the assistance of our committed donors, we provide the below classes:

Pars Equality Center provides low-cost legal services to individuals who qualify. We provide community members the resources to become productive citizens by educating, advocating on behalf of, and representing individuals in our community. All our offices are recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Legal Accreditation Program. Our legal staff members are either licensed attorneys or accredited U.S. Department of Justice immigration representatives.

Job Search program designed for Professional Immigrants/Refugees
Are you a highly skilled immigrant/refugee looking to restart your career in the United States? Join our free Job Search Training program designed specifically for skilled immigrant and refugee professionals. The free Job Search Training program offers job seekers access to job search training curriculum, training resources and industry expertise. This program helps job seekers with mentorship, education, and networking by hosting a monthly Speaker Series, where experienced industry experts from different fields are invited to share their success stories and key learnings. These sessions include brainstorming and roundtable discussions on industry specific topics. The goal of this program is to connect new talent with experienced veterans of various industries in order to build a strong and successful community.
Mentorship & Career Development
The Mentorship & Career Development program is designed to help students of Iranian descent, job seekers, and newly arrived immigrants to effectively prepare for the job market, search the job opportunities, apply, and successfully go through the interview process via a series of workshops and mentorship sessions focusing on topics such as:
- Preparing/tailoring/reviewing resume/CV/cover letter
- Job search skills (online and offline) in various industries, being visible to recruiters
- Going through the interview process
- Negotiating salary and benefits
Application and program procedure & Requierements:
- Be Iranian desent U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or legal visa holders
- Have completed and submitted the online application form along with their resume
