At Pars, we are constantly looking to assist our newest community members with relevant and practical educational resources that will ease the difficult transitioning process. Through the assistance of our committed donors, we provide the below classes:

Pars Equality Center provides low-cost legal services to individuals who qualify. We provide community members the resources to become productive citizens by educating, advocating on behalf of, and representing individuals in our community. All our offices are recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Legal Accreditation Program. Our legal staff members are either licensed attorneys or accredited U.S. Department of Justice immigration representatives.

Job Search program designed for Professional Immigrants
Are you a highly skilled immigrant including refugee looking to restart your career in the US? Join our free Job Search Training program designed specifically for skilled immigrant and refugee professionals.
The free job seeker program is delivered by PARS Equality Center and our key partner Upwardly Global (UpGlo). Together PARS and UpGlo are a powerhouse duo that are working in strong collaboration with each other to deliver exceptional service. The PARS/UpGlo combined program offers job seekers access to a national world-class job search training curriculum, training resources and industry expertise from Upwardly Global, and access to volunteers and employers across industries, combined with local, on-the-ground coaching and additional support from Pars coaches. Mentorship & Career Development
The Mentorship & Career Development program is designed to help students of Iranian descent, job seekers, and newly arrived immigrants to effectively prepare for the job market, search the job opportunities, apply, and successfully go through the interview process via a series of workshops and mentorship sessions focusing on topics such as:
- Preparing/tailoring/reviewing resume/CV/cover letter
- Job search skills (online and offline) in various industries, being visible to recruiters
- Going through the interview process
- Negotiating salary and benefits
Application and program procedure & Requierements:
- Be Iranian desent U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or legal visa holders
- Have completed and submitted the online application form along with their resume
Since the space will be limited, applicants will be served on a first-come-first-served basis per availability of space.
